Lara Quentrall Thomas

Lara Quentrall-Thomas MBA has more than 30 years experience in recruitment and human resources management, in both the United Kingdom and Trinidad and Tobago, including 27 as an entrepreneur and company owner.

As Founder and Chairman of Regency Recruitment and Resources Limited, Ms Quentrall-Thomas has overall responsibility for personnel recruited for clients such as EXIM Bank, IBM, GE Oil and Gas, Cable & Wireless and Electrolux. Her role includes negotiating master service agreements, business development and strategic planning, as well as designing and facilitating training programs for Regency’s corporate clients in a range of topics, including DE&I, Business Etiquette, Interviewing Skills and Professional Networking.

She is also Director at the National Training Agency, Founder and Immediate Past President of TT Organisation of Recruitment Service Providers, Vice President of Human Resources Management Association of TT, Vice Chair at Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce Employment and Labour Relations Committee and Director / Secretary Rotary for the International Women’s Forum of Trinidad and Tobago. She also volunteers at the TT Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
