Introduction to Facilities and Building Management

This course is designed to introduce the students to the principles and systems involved in the practice of facility management. The programme will also seek to introduce the students to the efficient maintenance of buildings and other facilities to ensure longevity and continuous usage as people depend upon them for comfort and economic survival.
