This strategic partnership is formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), reinforcing a long-term commitment to capacity building and national development.

The first workshop in this series commences on April 14th, 2026, offering participants the opportunity to gain the skills and confidence needed to anticipate, respond to, and recover from complex incidents.

Through tailored programmes, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives, the partnership combines CCLCS’s long-standing educational excellence with PODS’s hands-on expertise in emergency management—ensuring that professionals are not only trained, but empowered to lead effectively in high-pressure situations.
