Supt. Karen Lancaster-Ellis – Senior Superintendent of Police (Ag.), Trinidad and Tobago Police Service

Karen Lancaster-Ellis is acting as a Senior Superintendent of Police in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. Karen is a former head of the Crime and Problem Analysis Branch and is currently attached to the Executive Management Services Secretariat. In her academic pursuits, Karen successfully defended her PhD Thesis in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of the West Indies in 2023. Karen has co-authored books and has published over 14 articles locally, regionally and internationally.
