Brian-Anthony David – Quality Assurance Consultant, Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC)
Brian-Anthony David is the Quality Assurance Consultant with the Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC). Mr. David provides strategic quality management support to the Commission. A graduate (baccalaureate & post-graduate) of the University of the West Indies’ St. Augustine campus he is also a Certified Manager of Quality and Organisational Excellence from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Mr. David also functions as a Quality Management Specialist consultant providing his expertise to various organisations. His work in quality management spans over twenty years in areas of higher education management, accreditation and law enforcement. Mr. David has presented several research papers at conferences hosted by ACHEA, ACTT, CANQATE and IVETA.
