Advancing Workplace Wellbeing Through OSHE Dialogue

In observance of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, the Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies (CCLCS) hosted the webinar, “The Psychosocial Working Environment: Global Developments and Pathways for Action.” The event brought together professionals, students, and stakeholders to examine the growing impact of psychosocial risks on workplace wellbeing and organizational performance.

The discussion explored global developments related to workplace stress, mental health, harassment, and burnout, while highlighting practical approaches for creating healthier and more supportive work environments.
