Cristian Mora

Cristian Mora is a highly qualified and dedicated professional in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Cristian Mora’s career has been marked by a diverse range of experiences that have contributed to his well-rounded expertise in HR and labour relations. Notably, he served in the Ministry of Labour for approximately 8 years, where he held the role of Conciliation and Labour Relations Officer . In this capacity, he provided advisory and conciliation services to various unions and employers, helping to mediate disputes and ensure fair and equitable labour practices. Cristian holds the positions of Senior HR/Industrial Relations Specialist and Adjunct Lecturer at the Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies. In this dual role, he excels in both the academic and practical aspects of his field.

Cristian earned his B.Sc in Management Studies and MSc in Project Management from the University of the West Indies. In addition to his academic achievements, Cristian holds the coveted designation of SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional)
