Tifonie Powell- Williams is the General Secretary at the Jamaica Civil Service Association with over 20 years of experience in the trade union movement. She has been engaged at the regional and international level in advocating on matters relating to gender equality, climate change and the impact on workers on behalf of Public Services International, a global union federation.
