Presentation Title – Disruptions and Resilience within Organisational Culture and Transformation

Wendell is a specialist in the fields of Industrial Relations and Conflict Management. He has over twenty years’ experience where his strengths lie in negotiations over new and revised Collective Agreements as well as utilising his Alternative Dispute Resolution skills namely mediation and conciliation. He held the portfolio of Regional Manager Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement at First Citizens Bank Limited.

He was employed at the Ministry of Labour for the past twelve years as a Senior Labour Relations Officer and was actively involved with over two hundred negotiations. Apart from the above Wendell has been one of the chief lecturers at the ECA for the Academy of Industrial Relations for the past seven years; as well as the main in house lecturer for various companies throughout Trinidad and Tobago. These companies include but are not limited to the Magistracy of Trinidad and Tobago, South-West Regional Health Authority, HDC, Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago to name a few. 

He is currently an independent consultant and has numerous companies for which he is actively engaged in industrial relations matters, including representation at disciplinary tribunals, Ministry of Labour and the Industrial Court.
