Introduction to Industrial Relations

This Programme is a robust forty (40) contact hour introduction to the practice and study of Industrial Relations. It targets working people with no specific experience in Industrial Relations. The programme makes reference to the specific legislative context of Trinidad and Tobago, However each topic is based on the foundation of internationally accepted best practice and the principles of natural and social justice. As such the programme is easily adjustable to include other legislative contexts.
