Philip R. Crehan – Founder, Eolas Consulting
Philip Crehan is the Founder of Eolas Consulting, a firm that generates data with LGBTQ+ people and works toward economic inclusion. He has 16 years of experience in economic development, particularly with the World Bank, IDB, ADB, USAID, and numerous multinational corporations and organizations. He’s collaborated with UNDP, the OAS, World Economic Forum, and worked alongside nine governments throughout North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Recently, he was one of the founding members and lead organizers of LGBTQ+ data-driven roundtables throughout the Caribbean, and prior, was the Principal Investigator of research across 12 countries in the region.
Alicia Portia Roberts is currently a PhD student at the Institute of Gender and Development Studies, at the University of The West Indies, St. Augustine. A former Executive Officer of the Communications Workers Union, her field of research focuses on Women and Trade Unionism.
