Neil Derrick is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Replete Support Services, a Business Operations Consulting Company. His work experience spans 45 years, 40 in PETROTRIN across several positions including drilling & work over operations and Human Resource Management, formerly Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services. He holds diplomas in mechanical and petroleum engineering, graduateship of the Society of Engineers (mechanical engineering), a Certificate in negotiation and deal making from Harvard Business School, and an MBA with specialization in Human Resource, MSc in Strategic Planning, and PostGraduate Certificate in Research from the Herriot Watt University.

He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK) and a certified Business Resilience Coach (ILO/GIZ).
