Labour : Confronting the Challenges of the 21st Century (Public Discourse)

In July 2018, EFIRD held a public discourse on labour issues and the four-member panel raised awareness of some of the most crucial challenges faced in the 21st century, in addition to, made recommendations in confronting these challenges.Some of the challenges included the representation of workers hired by multinational companies, combating gender biases, unification prospects for the trade union movement, and legislative changes that must be leveraged to effect a positive paradigm shift.
