Jenny Constantine – Consultant, Lecturer, and Law Enforcement Professional

Jenny Constantine is a Consultant, Lecturer, and a Law Enforcement professional with over 20 years of experience. Her research areas of focus include illicit trade, human trafficking and smuggling, wildlife, and firearms trafficking.

Jenny holds a Master of Science in Transnational Crime, Justice and Security from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, a Certificate in Countering Transnational Organised Crime from the George C Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Germany as well as numerous other certifications in Countering Transnational Crimes, policing, and business studies. She has contributed to research and policy development nationally and internationally on Illicit trade, Trafficking in Persons, and Firearms trafficking.

Jenny is a proud and active member of the Global Initiative Network of Experts against Transnational Organised Crime.
