THE FACULTY
We take pride in employing some of the best educators, who do not merely focus on lecturing – they also have a passion for lifelong learning which is reflected in their enthusiasm and engagement as instructors.

Mr Colin Bartholomew, who has been actively involved in the co-operative movement for over 25 years, leads the department. He holds a BSc in Economics and Human Resource Management and an MDA with Innovation and Entrepreneurship specialization. Further, he is a certified trainer with the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SYIB) Programme. Mr. Bartholomew also played a vital role in the development of the Cabinate-approved National Policy for Co-operatives and the attainment of membership by the College with the International Co-operative Business Education Consortium (ICBEC), and serves as a member of the Working Committee of the ICBEC.
