Course Description
The one-year Diploma in Emergency Management is geared towards persons who hold the Certificate in Emergency Management as well practitioners in the field who have received training in the discipline. This programme will build on knowledge gained at the certificate level and comprises eight (8) courses over two (2) semesters.

Programme Purpose
Upon successful completion of the diploma programme, the graduate will be equipped to:
- Represent communities in discussions on disaster preparedness
- Participate in multi-agency operations for managing disasters
- Advise stakeholders on disaster facts for their decision-making in times of disaster
- Develop and write disaster plans to combat terrorism and other disasters
Tuition Fees
Full payment of fees is required when registering for classes. Cipriani College is now a participant in GATE – Government’s Assistance for Tuition Expenses. The tuition fees listed below apply only to non-nationals. Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago are eligible for free tertiary education.
