Course Description
This programme gives a broad introduction to Industrial Relations to members of Trade Unions and Associations. Students will be assessed during and at the end of the programme. Successful completion can be used as entrance qualification for the Certificate or Diploma Programmes in Industrial Relations.

This Certificate in Industrial Relations programme will consist of 18 credits over two semesters, with 3 courses per semester.

Programme Purpose
This One Year Certificate is designed primarily for officials and leaders of trade unions and those who in the shortest time possible wish to acquire the skills necessary for running a union. At the same time too, should they wish to move forward to the Associate of Arts Degree, they would be able to use the credits acquired here towards the Associate Degree. This will also enhance employment opportunities and promotion.
Tuition Fees
Full payment of fees is required when registering for classes. Cipriani College is now a participant in GATE – Government’s Assistance for Tuition Expenses. The tuition fees listed below apply only to non-nationals. Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago are eligible for free tertiary education.
