- When will this year’s Graduation Ceremony be held?
November 20, 2009 at the Centre of Excellence at 6:00pm and in Tobago on December 13, 2009 .
- Who is eligible to graduate?
Students who have completed the programme in the academic year 2008/2009 with a GPA 2.0 and above.
- How will I know if I am eligible to graduate?
Letters are sent to graduands informing them of their eligibility and inviting them to register for the ceremony.
- When do I register for the ceremony?
Registration is on-going and will end on October 30, 2009.
- How do I register to attend the ceremony?
Complete an application form and make payment at the Cashier
- Where can I get an application form?
Admissions Department, Continuing Studies and from Centre Co-ordinators
- What is the cost to graduate?
$500.00 - of which $200.00 will be refunded.
- Can I bring a guest?
Graduands can bring one guest
- At what time do I arrive at the venue?
Graduands are expected to arrive at 4:00PM
- Will there be a rehearsal?
Thursday 19, 2009 at 5:00pm at the venue.
- If I do not attend the ceremony when will I receive my certificate?
Those graduands who do not attend the ceremony can collect their certificates at the Examinations Units from November 23, 2009.
- When do I collect my gown?
November 18 from 8:30am – 4:00pm and
November 19 from 8:30am – 5:30pm from the Student Services
Department
- When do I collect my invitations?
Invitations will be distributed when you collect your gowns
- When do I return my gowns?
The deadline for the return of gowns is November 24, 2009
- Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
No. The College has engaged a photographer who will take pictures during the ceremony. You can make arrangements with him for copies of pictures taken at the ceremony.
- How do I go about purchasing a CCLCS ring?
Flyers giving details of the ring can be collected from Examinations Unit, Continuing Studies and Centre Co-ordinators
