DIPLOMA IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
CCLCS offers a two (2) year diploma in Project Management
Entry Requirements:
- 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels or CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English or
- 5 years of Project Management Experience or
- CCLCS Ten Saturdays Introductory Programme in Project Management or
- CCLCS Certificate in Project Management
Major Pathways within the Programme- Where the Programme can lead to different areas of emphasis: Students can move from the Diploma to the Associate of Science Degree providing that they have achieved a 2.0 GPA.

- Project Assistant
- Project Team Member
- Project Team Leader
Upon completion of this programme, students will be able to:
- Know and understand the basic tools, techniques, principles, practices and methodologies of Project Management
- Utilize the tools and techniques of project management relative to the nine knowledge areas
- Identify the financial requirements of a project and explain why these are essential to the successful planning of the project
- Acquire the tools necessary to understand the financial market place and to make decisions on funding requirements and expected returns from project investments
- Identify the tools used for tracking project cost, schedule and quality performance

TUITION FEES
Full payment of fees is required when registering for classes. Cipriani College is now a participant in GATE - Government’s Assistance for Tuition Expenses. The tuition fees listed below apply only to non-nationals. Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago are eligible for free tertiary education. The Board of Governors reserves the right to change tuition and fee charges when necessary without notice. Fees and tuition are not transferable.

Note:
- Late Registration Fee: All students registering for programmes after the published date for regular registration shall pay a non-refundable fee of $300.00
- Library Caution Fee: Refundable fee of $200.00
- Lab Fee: $120.00
- Graduation Fee: $500 ($200 Refund upon return of gown and mortarboard in acceptable condition)
- Transcript Fee: A fee of $25.00 will be charged for a student transcript
- Grade Appeal: $50.00
