  • Governmental and industrial emergency planners who must prepare for potential emergencies by designing procedures, buying equipment as in some cases where they may have to predict possible disasters.
  • Aspiring emergency professionals seeking a broad based education in the procedures for coping with daily emergencies and major disasters.
  • Emergency professionals who need additional skills to prepare for management opportunities. The programme is designed to provide a well- rounded knowledge and understanding of emergency management procedures, terminologies, and management principles to deal with the magnitude of floods, fires, hurricanes, landslides and isolated emergencies that have now come to heighten society's awareness of the importance of Emergency Management. The rapid growth and increasing complexity of the field of emergency management has created a need for new educational models and degree options for those in leadership and management whose roles may be part of a national or localized effort.
